Go — Identity orchestration platform
Impact
Enabled faster creation and optimisation of identity verification journeys
Reduced reliance on engineering for journey configuration and changes
Scaled across multiple industries and global markets
Challenge
GBG’s identity capabilities were powerful but fragmented across products and workflows. Configuring and updating identity journeys often required engineering input, slowing iteration and making it difficult for teams to respond quickly to changing risk, regulation, or customer needs. The challenge was to simplify this complexity into a platform that was flexible, scalable, and usable by both technical and non-technical teams.
Solution
I led the product design of GBG Go, a unified identity orchestration platform combining global identity intelligence with a visual journey builder. The focus was on clarity and control — enabling teams to configure, test, and optimise journeys quickly, while managing complex decisioning behind the scenes.
Execution
The work included the design of the core platform UI, journey builder, and supporting workflows. Interaction patterns and visual design were developed to handle complex configuration while remaining clear and approachable for everyday use.
Contribution
I led the product design work hands-on, working closely with product and engineering throughout delivery.
Led product design across the core platform and journey builder
Designed the visual workflow and configuration experience
Translated complex identity, risk, and decisioning logic into a clear, usable product UI
Partnered closely with product managers and engineers to align design with platform capability
